A new way to mediate for clients in Utah, only. I am not a legal professional and all agreements should be looked over with your lawyer after our mediation. I am a therapist with conflict resolution training and experience in values-based communication and discussions. This way to mediate takes longer, but leaves you feeling like you've honored your values and worked together to create the best possible solution to this hard, heart-breaking necessity.
